My family owns Walking Tall and we have since it first came out on DVD but I just watched it last weekend. I thought it was a good movie but I prefer Horror movies with Zombies alot more. Like Dawn of the Dead, Island of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead (Original),Resident Evil 1 and 2, etc. There isn't very many normal/drama movies I Like.

A while back, I got a movie--a 'horror' movie and the evil character in it was the 'tooth fairy'. It was pretty good, this creature ran for LIGHT...not unlike a vampire...What was the name of this movie? I forgot.

Did you guys see Final Fantasy Advent Children in the theaters?
I have been watching for its release and I didn't even know it was out yet and my theater (small town) doesn't show any sign of getting it!!!!

Did you see it in theater (North America)?
Or did you find it on the net?

    @Caleb7777,

No, I did not watch it on the big screen. It's out in Japan only. You're probably know by now that North America is pretty late and shitty (please excuse my bad language) on releasing Foreign movies on the big screen now-a-days.

I have mine on DVD now -- actucally I got FFVII: Advent Children from my nephew 11 days ago. He got his through the net as an AVI file. I have VSO DivXToDVD convert it to DVD for me, and I don't mind watching on my 55" Widescreen SONY HDTV at all. The action is pure raw and spectacular, that's all I can say.

    Awww
    That's a bummer
I was starting to get bored with FF7 (only because of the graphics, I love the game)
and then I saw a preview for Advent Children and my eyes got real big
I am pretty excited about it.
    Oh well
hat's what I get for being born in an anime challenged country!

    Creaky,

Did you mean that anime movie "Grave of The Fireflies"? If so, yes.. that's a very good and sad movie.

I watched "High Tension" last night. This movie blows my mind away, especially the twisting part at the end. I really enjoy this flick more than SAW.

sorry, yeah. edited it now, was very tired. Equilibrium was excellent, i kept ignoring it whenever i came across the movie in shops as i assumed it was a cheap Matrix rip-off - the box cover just said 'low budget' to me, but i really enjoyed it

Yeah, Equilibrium is one of the finest low budget movie I've seen so far. All of the actions are excellent, plus Christian Bale did a good job on the martial arts too.

Based on the positive reviews on "Equillibrium"...I will get it soon and watch it. I was going to see "Because of Winn-Dixie" but remembered "Old Yeller" and "Bambi" and it looked like it might be one of those with unpleasant endins. If PEOPLE have bad endings--that's OK :) just not a puppy or a kitty.

Here's good movie worth watching again..."Second Hand Lions" with Robert Duvall--who was great in a movie a few years ago--"Apostle". I am impatiently awaiting "Jeepers Creepers 3"--which would make lots of money, so I suppose they (the ubiquitous 'they') will someday.
