oh yeah and how do i exit a game once it is loaded without turning off the xbox and the left right start black button doesent work

 

did you ftp them into the correct folder? if ava is on your C partition there is a media folder, and inside that is a skins folder, they go in the skins folder.

there is a settings directory in avalaunch, in there you will find something to do with skins

its not in there i put them in the right folder but they arent in the skins option on settings

 

reboot your xbox, sometimes you have to reboot the xbox to get the new files to show up


i seriously recommend you do some reading about modded xbox's, terminology, and everything that comes along with it. just diving in without knowing anything will get you nowhere. there are thousands of guides out there that can help along the way to.
