    SUCCESS!

    Had to get up early this morning (for a day off) as I have a Dr's appointment. It was still chugging away, but by the time I have gotten back it was finished. So, I burnt it to a TY disk with Imgburn and put it in my Sony Blu-Ray player and crossed my fingers. I was totally blown away as to how good the picture quality is. It is just amazing to me that a movie that is over 24 GB on a disk can be shrunk down to 4.7 GB and still look that good. Jdobbs has done a great job. Looks like I'm going to have to get off my butt and send a few bucks his way to help support this product.

    Here is the log btw.

    Can you post your BDREBUILDER.INI file? It's in the folder with BD RB.

    Help please. I'm having trouble with harold and kumar 2. I've been using BDRB and have been getting 98% success. Every once in a while I would run into one where it would fail to encode. For HK2, I received the error VC1 not set to WM9 revision 3133, I went to ffdshow and set the VC1 from lib to wm9 and restart, but it would fail right from the start.

    I have 4g ocz ram, athlon ii 620 and gigabyte us2h.

    after I unzipped the BD-RB folder, I don't seem to have any .INI files? I looked in the tools and the misc folder(s) but didn't see any .INI files in there either.

    my main problem is that everytime it gets to the stage where it's supposed to encode the audio it comes up with an error for "aften.exe." and windows closes the program (aften.exe) which stops BD RB. i'm stuck at that step..

    - [22:27:03] Reencoding: VID_00032 (1 of 11)
    - ERROR in attempt to reencode audio (AFTEN) [AUD_00032__4352.WAV]
    [22:33:27] - Failed to reencode audio, aborted

    anybody have this problem, or anybody that could point me in the direction of how to fix this?

    It's there our you wouldn't even be able to get started since it holds your setting choices. Just look for BDREBUILDER and to the right configuration file.

    You didn't provide any computer info so I'm going to guess Windows 7, possible the 64 bit version?

    If you're able to get 98% success before this movie failed then could you post your INI file as well?

    [Options]
    MODE=1
    TARGET_SIZE=23000
    VERBOSE_STATUS=0"

    and that Harold and Kumar post wasn't mine.. that's somebody else having trouble.

    I know, but it was easier to just get it all in one post.

    Your settings are flawed so something is either wrong with your setup or you haven't made any selections.

    Once your settings are complete your INI file should look something like this.
    As you can see in the INI above there are several settings. Yours doesn't contain any settings for audio, source, or destination. Recheck your setup and then make certain that Vista has administrative permission to work.

    No issue, frustration makes us all edgy and leaping learning curves cause frustration.

    Do you think if I just copy and paste that into mine it'll work? I'll try it and post back later to let you know.. Thanks again.

    Keep in mind those settings are for a BD-9 with 448kbs audio so if you want to shoot for a BD-5 or even a BD-25 you will have to choose them manually. Good luck!

    I am having an audio sync problem when copying BDs.
    I have been using BD-RB. Im converting DL-BD's to fit DL-DVD. Ive been using the the movie only option and converting the audio to AC3. The audio is consistently out of sync half a sec ahead of the video. Is there something wrong TS muxer? Do i have an incorrect setting? Could this be adjusted? Most importantly, is anyone else having this problem?
    Thanks in advance for an help

    There was a bug between BD RB and TSmuxer that caused audio synch issues but that should have been resolved some time ago, and it was never consistent just on some titles. You can post your INI file and and any log info you have and we can look at it. You might also want to mention the name and region of the titles and the type of audio IE AC3 or DTS HD.

    Always check your playback on your hard drive to insure that it's alright before burning.

    Ok so I haven't tried BD-Rebuilder in a while but the first time I used it everything worked. Today I tried it after updating everything and this is the error I get.
    FFDSHOW Revision: (610)
    - FFDSHOW: VC-1 not set to wmv9
    - FFDSHOW: MPEG-2 is not set to libavcodec
    I went into FFDSHOW and changed mpeg-2 to libavcodec. I couldn't change vc-1 because I could not find the codec in FFDSHOW. Does this mean I'm missing something. Do I need to redownload something.

    Jayrains-

    Can you let me know how you fixed it? I get the error vc1 is not set to wm9, so I went to ffd to set it from libav to wm9 but it failed right from start when I redo.

    Thanks
