Have you gone into settings>>>setup>>>>Audio Languages to keep and selected on your language of choice? If so then other languages should be an issue, but if some reason you find it not working then try this. When you first load your movie into BD Rb the information is listed in the center window. To left of the text you will see little plus signs, click on it to expand it. Then you will see all of your audio tracks listed. Deselect all of those tracks that you're not interested in.

Yep under setting I select only english audio so that in the window screen only English HD audio track is selected, everything else is red X-ed out. Do you have any issues with these 2 titles?

    Sophocles,

I was mistaken, I must have had some settings wrong on my computer. The "Full Backup" discs I am buring do work with Power DVD on my computer. However they still appear as data discs on my PS3. I can use the PS3 to go into the folders and play the diffrent episodes, but without subs. This is the case for regular movies also. Do you know of some setting on the PS3 that can cause this?

mesman21 if you're using IMG burn use it to make an ISO after reecoding, IMG burn should offer some choices as to the type of settings required for a BD movie. Just agree with all the prompts and let it do the rest. It could be that your booktype is wrong.

    What was the cause?

    CURRENT VERSION 0.35.01 (October 6th, 2010)

    http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/BD-RBV03501.zip

    - Added code to workaround certain types of audio
and subtitle extraction errors when working with
high count multi-part sources in movie-only mode.
    - Corrected an error in which audio/sub tracks may
be incorrectly identified by track/language when
    reencoded using movie-only mode from a multi-part
source with a large number of segments.
    - Added the ability to inverse telecine interlaced
sources. You select it by right-clicking on the
stream in the stream list. This can dramatically
improve picture quality on hard or soft telecined
sources by encoding at 23.976 with pulldown flags
rather than 29.97. Note: Please be careful in
using this option as executing inverse telecining
on a non-telecined source will result in a
severely stuttering picture. It is not uncommon
for new users to confuse interlaced "combing" with
telecining. Since some types of inverse telecining
requires AVISYNTH, LAVF usage for a stream may be
    by-passed when it IVTC selected.
    - Added a new selection to the SETUP dialog to enable
automatic Inverse Telecining (IVTC) of sources
where pulldown/soft telecine is detected. This
option instructs BD-RB to inverse telecine during
decoding and to reinsert pulldown flags on any
detected soft telecined (3:2 pulldown) 29.97fps
sources. IVTC also converts soft telecined 1080i
sources to 1080p. IVTC is recommended for
processing sources that are targeted for playback
on standalone units, but may not be suitable if the
final playback device is a PC as some PC codecs
(e.g. the FFDSHOW AVC codec) don't sometimes play
back smoothly when pulldown flags are used.
Automatic IVTC for individual streams can be
manually deselected via the stream list (see bullet
    1 above).
    - Corrected several instances in which a failed demux
in TSMUXER could incorrectly result in the error
"ExtractAudio Subs() 00053 1605" or other errors.
    - Added a fix that corrects bad characters in the
source Volume ID that could prevent the creation
    of the output folder.
    - Added code to distinguish between full pulldown and
hybrid sources. Hybrid is marked with "***" in the
streams window, soft telecine (pulldown) is "*".
    - Corrected an error in which using LAVF on hybrid or
pulldown sources could cause audio sync problems.
    - Corrected an error in which starting and stopping
a full backup under certain circumstances could
cause incorrect OUT time values to be inserted
    during MPLS file updates.
    - Updated the included version of X264.EXE to the
    latest release (r1732).
    - Updated the included version of X264-64.EXE to the
    latest release (r1732).
    - Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.

Having a problem with a couple movies. We Were Soldiers and Deja Vu. These will play on my computer but not on my Phillips DVD player. I have upgraded the software on the DVD player, but still no luck. I made both as movie only and they wouldn't play. I then made a full backup of We Were Soldiers. That played on the player, but it got to the menu and when I select play, it runs through the warnings and then goes back to the menu. If I select scenes and try to go to any of them, it does the same thing (goes right back to the menu). I have backed up several other blu rays with no problem. I just updated to 35.01 version of BD Rebuild and am trying that right now. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Your total content is quite high with over 3 and a half ours. Even in BD 25 you could run into a situation if your audio tracks are robbing you of space. Try lowering your audio settings to a single 448kbs track, then try again.

It could be media related. What brand of discs are you using to burn too?

Think I might have solved the probelem I was having. Not sure if it was the upgrade or just that I unchecked the option "movie only playback loop" but now the movies I had trouble with are copying fine. Don't know which option made the difference but everything is good again. Movies are playing on my Phhillips DVD player.

    @rreuille

I suggested media could be the problem because some players won't play type LTH BD discs. Sometimes a firmware update will alleviate the issue but with PS3 Sony is notorious for updating firmware to prevent certain usages and software modding.
