When you have the correct version of an application and you receive that message it usually means that Windows is not registering a file needed to open it.

In your BD RB folder make certain this isn't in your INF file "SUPPRESS_FF_WARNING=1" if it is then delete it. It's added when you tell BD-RB to not ask you again about setting the registry.

Next: Go to command prompt icon, right click and choose run as administrator. This opens cmd.

Then type as follows below and note all the spaces, when you're done then hit enter:

To enable the Windows 7 administrator account:

    net user administrator /active:yes

There seems to be problem in muxing your audio. Do you still have the original logfile and post a copy of BD RB INI file as well.

I'm not that experinced to find some of the stuff your talking about. Besides I'm a slow reader. The inf files I think are the changes file. I could not find the comd. icon. I think I can do the rest.
Do you think I should go back and install and older version and come back to the last version?
Think you for the help. I have been backing-up movies with other programs for a long time, before they band DVD Decryptor.

CMD is Command Prompt. In Win 7 the command prompt can be accessed by going to windows start which the round blue circle in the far bottom left corner with the 4 colored flag in it. When you open it the first thing you see is space with the words "search program and files" in it. Inside that space type cmd and a menu will open with a small black icon at the top with the letters cmd to the right. Right click on it and choose run as administrator and a black DOS box will open. In side the box where you see ">." When you type it and hit enter you're done/

    ">net user administrator /active:yes"

Sometimes C:\Program Files\HAALI\MatroskaSplitter" folder when it's uninstalled doesn't remove the folder, and it shows to BD-RB as the wrong version.

Uninstall HAALI, manually delete the folder inc C:\program files, and then reinstall it again using the version from the first post of this thread and see if that changes. Something is preventing windows from registering it. It could also be a software security system or firewall such as Zonealarm.

    CURRENT VERSION 0.36.06 (December 8th, 2010)

    http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/BD-RBV03606.zip

    - - Corrected an error in which the .CHP files used
with IVTC were not corrected to match the new
    framerate.
    - Corrected an issue in which hybrid sources under
certain circumstances in conjunction with the
IVTC could cause incorrect framerate calculations.
    - Added a SETUP option for converting SD sources to
1080. This can be useful in creating high quality
backups of DVD to Blu-Ray or AVCHD.
    - Added a SETUP option for converting 4:3 sources to
16:9. Caution: This option will clip the top and
bottom of images in order to make the conversion,
designed primarily for letterboxed 4:3 sources.
    - Moved placement of filters in the AVS file so they
occur before any BD-RB embedded deinterlacing,
    inverse telecining, or resizing.
    - Changed the default deinterlacing mode for DECOMB
to blend=false. Blending can be enabled by setting
DEINTERLACE=2 in the config (INI) file.
    - Corrected an error in which a source may incorrectly
be kept intact even though "USE_FILTERS" was set.
    - Updated the X264 command line so that the "--ref"
parameter is set to the maximum for the specified
output size. 1080 will use "--ref 4", while others
(480, 576, and 720) will use "--ref 6". To disable
and always use "--ref 4", use the hidden setting
    MAXIMIZE_REFS=0. [Update: v0.36.6] This feature
only applies to "Highest Quality" mode in order to
prevent slowdown in other modes. Also, the "--ref"
parameter has been removed from the tweak restricted
    list.
    - Modified the hidden option "WEIGHTP" so that "1" is
now the default (ON), adding "--weightp 1" to the
X264 command line. Setting it to "WEIGHTP=0" will
    result in "--weightp 0".
    - Updated the included version of X264.EXE to the
    latest release (r1820).
    - Updated the included version of X264-64.EXE to
    the latest release (r1820).
    - Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.

Could you post your settings file? I want to compare against your last result.
