Thanks guys.
They even f****ed us up with a claim back from the credit card people by stringing us out with promises on deliverys. Now the 120 days for claims has elapsed.

 

Jeez sorry to hear that mate. But no way in hell you should have let it go on for over 4 months, a few day's and I would have been furious and wanting my cash back.

Just have to take it on the chin and get on with it now.

 

Guess what,
My credit card provider stepped up to the mark and issued us with a refund.
They said they valued our business over the last 27 years, although a considerable time period had expired.
Lesson learned. Avoid Bubble Supplies like the plague.

 

Yep you should only buy from people that have a good rep by the members on here and always pay via paypal and never let the missing goods go for longer than 2 weeks and make sure when you email them you keep a copy of all letters sent as it makes your case stronger and also send stuff via paypal when you take the dispute up as well.
