You do mention trying to use DVD Flick though, and you say you got the same error...I don't know, I would still say the stupid file is bad. How big is the file?(in MB)
The reason why I asked how large the file was: it could be uploaded on rapidshare or such and we could have a try, see if is corrupted( my best guess)
i knew he hadnt tried dvd flick, i kept asking in different posts and he was answering but not me on that specific piont. he really wanted us to make his laptop software work and not use another... the mpeg is fine play ok on pc all through...
