thats exactly what i was doing but no go % doesnt even start i had problems loading 257 fix got a bad flash fergus had to do a job for me it could be pc
When you open GT ROM Loader , have you got the serial port settings to the one you are using , i.e COM 1 , COM 2 etc Baud Rate is 115200 STB Model is GCR 3510 And channel data file is ticked
when iopen gt rom a notice comes up something to the effect of cannot open com port due to previous error which was the bad flash so i changed com port to com 2 on both when i go into device manager and check com 1 the comp says its working alright funny thing is when i got bad flash the little notice came up that flash was successful
anyone got any ideas on that yet as i have tried everything i could think of its deffinitely the com ports on the pc as SV worked on other pc hoping to hear some reply as it has me boggled
