CHRISTMAS LIGHTS XBOX ERROR!

ok so what i did was i put the (addeeprom,cromwell-patched,eeprom)inside My Computer,local disk(Cthen i open <Command Prompt>and drag and drop the addeeprom.exe in the <Command Prompt> and hit ENTER and it says "Usage : C:\addeeprom.exe bootloader_file eeprom_file" and that it so did i do it right or i just did some SH!T i dont even know...thanks If any thing PM Me your Aim screen name if you have one

 

I have an unmodded Xbox. One of the early ones. Went to turn it on and got the Red/Orange Flashin ring. The Xbox seems to turn on/off 2-3 times before the lights flash. Forums suggest video problem. Have tried 2 different video cables. AV cable and RF Cable but still the same.
Anyone got any suggestions before I bin it?
