I'm at a loss - your best bet may just be reformatting. I'm not fond of reformatting my pc's and I'm not the best at backing stuff up either
Same here. If/when I do reformat, I do have a new program to try, called PC Mover. It supposedly will transfer all your programs & data from 1 computer to another and/or from one boot drive to another. You just have to have your os fully up to date on the target drive. Have read that it's hit or miss, sometimes it works, others it doesn't. I'ts also a use once per serial number too.
