Don't buy any thing from My Cable Box............

I purchased 25 eurovox boxes off my cablebox two years ago.met the genleman in carpark in Mcdonalds.He loaded them into my car and I began to weigh him out with the dosh.He insisted that I open some of the boxes to make sure they were eurovoxes not bricks.Only when i was satisfied did he take the dosh.I had never before met him nor he me.I used to get them from Bubble Cable but they moved,so went to mycable box.I speak as I find.All my purchased boxes were excellent,and the seller was polite.
Found them to be good suppliers.
Never been back since as nag3 came in

Yes I was put cable in right place. And it was VM cable as well. There wasn't any spliter on that cable.

 

You have experince 2 years ago but i had experince from that guys recently so it's upto you guys....

If you paid with a Debit Card or a Credit Card you just go to your bank, explain the problem, if you can prove the purchase and any emails you sent and their replies, print them out and the bank will charge back the money you paid, You will also want to change the Debit or Credit Card by replacing it.

i have delt with my cable box for a long time, i have been at his shop and seen him dealing with customers and found him very good in helping them and bending over backwards to resolve. there is no way i can believe you are talking about the same person.
i would highly rec anyone to buy from him, very honest and polite, no quible guy to buy from if any issues.

 

Yes might you get better customer service beacuse you haven't got any problem with you things after buying, but if you get any problem after buying things then after you understand what i am saying. Good luck with you buying. and as i said before if you guys want to go with them then i haven't got any problems but it's up to you. I pass this msg to be aware with this seller.

 

i have had probs...delt with quickly and out of his own pocket.
i spoke today and found you had your box for a while...then servers gone...now you want ya money back after flashing it as well etc
you wont find 1 dealer who would refund.
we all know nothing is 100% how long these things last, ya pay ya money...ya take ya chance!
its a gamble all the time...but its good while it lasts and better than over £129 per month with virgin.
so come on fella...stop putting this dealer down...he's one of the good guys out there!
