No,no declaration needed. Just because I use whatever word, it doesn't mean it makes it right or not to use. If pissed off is a little to harsh for your eyes/ears, then I'd suggest give up internet altogether... You have a good and prosper year as well.
Forums have rules about foul language and let one in and it can escalate to other words even though rules are there. I do use the occasional other word but not in public or in forums, having some respect for others. Unfortunately our young people use the words in daily communication automatically and as you would be aware at a very early age. I`m having a nice year already. Thank You
