    the latest firmware for the KV A780 is 24/04/2011, this update is only available thru the box and remote itself. so you just go to menu,installations, s/w update.

    I am trying to do this update via my box but it keeps freezing just before 100%. I have the A750 with icconect. What am I doing wrong?

    Have tried just about every area i can get on the box now. does anyone have any other ideas? also does anyone else have this problem or is it just my box?

    if you have a low signal you may miss channels with a scan,are you scanning from the strongest signal source from wall socket and have lan removed before scanning.
    what does your signal and quality levels say on box

    signal and quality fine on all other channels, but no comedy central at all so dont have any signal or quality. Will try disconnecting lan then try again but does this not mean it wont work cos it wont be on the server?

    if they are working for others they will work for all i suggest you get the correct NET ID from your subbed providers box and use that

    hi guys kv is hut down this morning showing '0000' on diplay no channels working , i ve tried turning on and off reboot router nothing happens, i have had this couple of times now within 2 weeks only way out is normally a full rescan is this normal??

    The reason your box is on 0000 is because your power scan is enabled and your incoming cable is not strong enough so when it scans your box it returns no channels

    to stop this happening rescan your channels and in the settings turn off the power scan and that will sort your problem
