I have a fan controller so noise isnt that big a problem. I'll get the scythe fans for the side and the 2 for 1 CM fans for the bottom of the case and other side of my heatsink. Not very important but will cool off my 4870 abit more cause the fan will be blowing up towards half of the heatsink.

On the bottom? I assume your PSU is at the top, or else you will only be able to fit one (fans don't fit underneath the PSU unless you fit them to the outside of the case, where they are not only vulnerable, but will not pick up any air unless the case is elevated (i.e. you use the wheels)

The original feet give it a pretty good amout of space from the bottom of the case to the surface. My psu is on the bottom but I have one space for a 120MM fan there. The second one is going to my heatsink which only has the noctua fan.

Think about how a fan works, and how thick it is - trust me, a fan there without using the wheels will be useless.
