Ok, so I'm gonna give this one last try:

    Country: US
    BUDGET:~1500 ±$300

    Processor: Intel Q6600
    Motherboard: ASUS Rampage Extreme
    Memory: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB)
    Graphics Card(s): HIS Hightech H487F1GP HD 4870
    TV Card: No
Hard Drive(s): Western Digital Caviar 320 GB
    Optical Drive(s): HP DVD1070i
    Cooling: Fans
    Water Cooling: If needed
    Cable(s): No
    Sound Card: No
    Controller Card(s): No
    Case: Antec Nine Hundred
    Power Supply: ENERMAX MODU82+

    Keyboard: No
    Mouse: No
    Headset: No
    Speakers: No
    Monitor(s): Acer AL2216Wbd Black 22"
    Operating System: Vista

Uses: Gaming, Listening to music, movies, word processing, surfing net, photo/video editing
    Overclocking: Yes

One more question, the Rampage Extreme is supposedly "the ultimate overclocking mobo" and I've never overclocked a system and have absolutely no experience. Would this be a good board to start on, or would it be too advanced?

Sounds like a good build to me. I don't like Acer monitors, I would recommend going with Dell or Samsung in favour of them, but hey, your decision on that. :p
