hell yeah welcome to the jungle is a rock song. You don't consider Guns N' Roses a rock band?? They're one of the biggest rock groups of all time!

as you can see im a big ST fan.so i would say some of there best songs are:

    i saw your mommy
    you cant bring me down
    how will i laugh tomorrow
    asleep at the wheel
    breakdown
    institutionalized
    cyco vision

there are many more but i dont want to hype just one band.

    sex pistols-"god save the queen"
    bad religion-"modern man"
    misfits-"hybrid moment"
    slayer-"south of heaven"
    metallica-"motorbreath"
    danzig-"tired of being alive"
    mc5-"kick out the jams"
    pink floyd-"comfortably numb"
    black flag-"louie louie"
    nirvana-"smells like teen spirit"
    ramones-"i wanna be sedated"
    and the list goes on....

i'd guess 'Ao' stands for adult only or some such nonsense..

some other long-time faves of mine, Faith No More, Ozzy/Black Sabbath, Yngwie Malmsteen, Metallica, Judas Priest, W.A.S.P., Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson, Megadeth, Guns N Roses, Kingdom Come

lighter, long-term stuff - Marillion, Yello, Thunder, Jean Michel Jarre, Dire Straits, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Pet Shop Boys, Genesis, Great White, Dare, Scorpions, U2, Talk Talk, and far far too many others to mention :)

i only got one Cream album, it's a best of and is fantastic. As i mentioned on the other thread, here's what i got in my CD drive at the moment (the weather's dull, office is quiet, so i feel like something old to listen to) -

    coverdale & page
deep purple - 24 carat purple
deep purple - deepest purple - very best of
    deep purple - progression
    great white - once bitten
    great white - sail away
    great white - twice shy
scorpions - best of rockers n ballads
    scorpions - blackout
    scorpions - lovedrive
    thunder - back street symphony
    thunder - behind closed doors
thunder - laughing on judgement day
    whitesnake - 1987 versions

as i say i might end up buying a Creative Zen 20GB in a while, it would be amzaing to have some of my fave music on one device. i was gonna reompile loads of my mp3 cd's onto dvd's but it's just not worth the hassle..
