Help needed w/ xenium gold solderless mod chip

after you flash your bios use a.i.d 3 or higher to help set the rest up.

I dont see why, there isnt anything illegal about posting how to use xbins.

and i followed the directions
now what do i do

how do i flash my drive or what ever

 

im trying that AID 3 thing but i cant get the thing to work
i tryed to get the torrent thing but im not geting any where

 

1) Burn EvolutionX M8plus Bios to disk. If you have a 1.6, use the bios M8 plus_16. If you have less than a 1.6 use the m8 plus.

2) launch menu>add a new item>flash then find the bios on c.d. and so on.


Some torrent programs are slow. I use Utorrent to get the fastest speed. Once you get a.i.d, Launch you hacked bios with a.i.d in and the rest is cake. Follow the guide and you should have no problem.

What's your connection speed and where are you looking to find a.i.d?

 

i have dsl
well my xbox isnt connected to the internet if thats what you mean

so i have to down load EvolutionX M8plus and then burn it onto a disc
then i put that in my xbox
and then launch it

You don't need to connect your xbox to your p.c. at this time. After you flash your bios and use a.i.d to set everything else up that would be the time when you can move onto that step. I thought you said that you have the bios on your computer. Get the file that I suggested from #xbins.

i have no idea what i have on my computer.
i think i downloaded everything
but i dont know what to do with it

so i burn EvolutionX M8plus i got that
but do i also burn aid 3 to the cd too?
if u dont mind telling me
what exactly do i burn to this cd?

 

I'm almost convinced that you have not read anything I have typed.
1> Burn evox m8 bios to c.d.

2> Unrar a.i.d and it will create an iso. Burn iso to c.d. if you have 3.0. Burn to dvd if you have a higher vers.

3> flash bios with steps that I have already posted.

4> once you have flashed, launch the bios that you have created with a.i.d in the dvd drive.

5> follow the a.i.d guide to set up.

now i heard that you can use cromwell and AID

and is there a specific way to burn these to a disc
or can i use any thing?

Ok, I'm having a problem with my Xenium Gold. I bought it solderless but I just can't seem to get it installed or working for that matter. So it is know to anyone who desides to help me that this is my first chip install ever. Thanks to ne1 that desides to help me. Just send a private message.

 

ya i'm haveing the same problem i get every thing set up right and the chips leds are green if its all good but the leds are red. I have been working on it for 6 hours i cant find a problem with my set up. Its all set up right. does any one know what i'm doing wrong????????? i need help should i just trash the solderless set up and solder it??????????

 

Alright, i'm having the same problem as the last two guys, i've got the xenium gold solderless 24k chip and a V1.6b xbox, but i can't seem to find the right instructions for installing the chip, does anyone know what i'm supposed to do? or can you point me in the right direction.

I have a quick question for the guy who needed help with the chip... After u tried using the xenium ice manual, where did you put the chip on the teeth on top of the solderless adapter? Did u put it in the middle or something?
