Help with hidden trojan/virus.

    Technology changes every day never buy parts and keep them back because they will be out of date when used...

    Also if you know any good VPNs i can use i'd like to hear because the one i am using is going away is 3 days, its the one that comes with avast.

    well i'm not planning on having them sitting around for along time i just can't buy all the things i need to build my pc in one shopping trip.

    I attempt to get my money and parts list together at the same time LOL.
    I don't use VPN, I prefer Anonymox (add on for firefox) free ver has Ad's but ublock origin add on will block them...

    2oldGeek, can still put a ssd into that computer as I'm thinking of doing that for my 2 towers that are running intel quad core socket 775 cpu's.

    I got them both but now when i open chrome it brings me to a blank page and shows this login stuff for a few seconds then goes away.

    ??? That's one of the main reasons I use Firefox and don't even have Chrome installed.

    66.89.139.243 is I guess set as a proxy in google or your computer?? Is that your IP address? I don't see it set in the FRST Logs... are you in Herdon, VA?

    No thats not my ip i'm not sure what 66.89.139.243 is, and no i'm not in herdon va.. lol

    If it was my ip it would come up as WA probably because that's the vpn i'm using right now.

    I'm i wrong? i don't know much about ips and how to find other peoples and all that good stuff...lol
