My DVD player upconverts to 1080i via HDMI and while it still isn't precisely, it still has an awesome picture. Regarding hi def porn, well, those cameras do bravely go where no camera has gone before (and how the hell do they get that lighting right without toasting certain vital parts??). Depends who and what you're watching, I guess. We could do without the hi-def dingle-berries. I am, however, a good boy; I still buy national geographic.
