I handle the heat the same way i handle cold, i put on my shorts and do what i always do (even if it's snowing). It's like -2° here, and people really stare at me when they see me rolling down the street on my skateboard, wearing ¾shorts
permiggs, whereabouts do you live? I'm only about 5 miles from London Hehe; Well, I feel a damnsite better here than I would in a America. You hardly hear anything bout piracy in the news/documentaries etc And they're probably thinking "What a pr**k!" ;-)

Nah lethal, mostly they think stuff like : "whoa, isn't he cold?" "Jesus, what's that skinhead doing in my neighbourhood?" "hmmm, never thought i'd actually see another person ride and oldschool board", "holy crap, that is one hardcore skater" and my favorite : "man, i wanna be like that when i grow up"
@daniel G your as bad as my brother wearing shorts in the middle of an english winter. @creaky we got a wooodburner use it for 3months of the year if that.hope you got heating or climate control in your car.
i'm moving out to Colorado when i grow up cuz i'm sure some decades later part of CT and NY will be under the sea so i think i'm better off to colorado although it's pretty cold over there. by the way any of u watched the movie The Day After Tommorrow it's gonna be something like that.
@Evilh0ly, I live in Colorado. Its wonderful, the summers are warm and the winters have tons of snow in the mountains...which is a huge deal if you snowboard (or ski, bleh). Its good too because in most part of the state it doesn't get rediculously cold for more than a few days at a time. The summers tho can get really hot! oh and did I mention its beautiful
@Lethal_B Let's just say that i live a few junctions up the M1... I don't mind the odd rainy day, well... What am i on about? This is England! It's always raining! But now it ain't raining, it's freezing! I got a couple of jumbo size de-icer cans in me car... LOL Oh, and the reason why you never hear news about piracy in england is because... We don't do any piracy here, now do we? LMFAO!

One thing about heat vs. cold... You can put on enought clothes to be warm when it's cold, but you can't take off enough to cool down when its hot. LOL A very mild winter here in south carolina this year, its been in the 60-70's with the exception of a couple days into the upper 30's. Gonna be a hot summer and the skeeter will surely carry you away.
