    You'd be amazed at the people I've seen do this when they know the principle. Put another way, if they can, you can. PM if you want the details.

    Your relationship - whatever it is - seems to be stuck. At least, that's what I guesstimate based on the info I have. Whether you're apart, she's not putting out, your relationship is "romantically one-sided", whatever. If your relationship isn't going anywhere it's probably because she's reached a level of comfort and is not willing to rock the boat. Irrespective of what she says to you, and whether or not it's truly "comfort" or just a rut, most women (and many men) do not want to take risks if they don't feel it's necessary.

    The way I see it, you have nothing to lose. You're miserable, and your relationship doesn't seem to be progressing much. If you want a chance at improving things, you have to grab the bull by the balls and change things, 'cause you're in a rut too. It may not work - she may not follow you - but even if she doesn't, the worst that can happen is you'll meet some new people and get some distance. Which is actually probably the best thing that can happen to you.

    Wow!

    Well, it was going somewhere until she brought it to a stand still 3 weeks ago. I think she's willing to go further, just not yet. She still tells me she wants to marry me and have my kids...how am I supposed to give up on that? But after we got apart I asked her if she would accept an engagement ring(I was ready) and she said no, not yet. I know I'm still young(20) and I have much more ahead of me, but I don't want to go any further without her 'cause to me, she is the 'one', my other half, if you will.

    I don't know why, but I'm laughing my ass off over that. :D

    Dude, seriously, are you spying on me? :D 'Cause I'm thinking you know too much about me...that's the exact reason she broke it off. She wants me to change things. I f***ing trying, but I have no 'spunk' in me if I have nothing to work for... If she's not with me to guide me, I just don't have it in me to go on...I'm weak in this area, very weak. As you can see, she may be my weakest area of life.

    Again, I like the idea, but I guess I'm just letting it get to me too much 'cause like I said, she's almost an obsession of mine. I know I shouldn't feel that way, but it's hard not too. If you've ever been in a long-term relationship(sounds like you have) then you know where I'm coming from. Even though we both need some distance, I don't want that right now, but I know she does and I have to compromise...

    I want to thank you for being very helpful and thanks in advance for any other help you offer. You sound like you know what you're talking about here...thank you!

    Edit: finally a mod get online. Get 'em creaky! :)

    I am entitled to my own opinion right? I don't care if he ignores it or not. What are people supposed to think when someone starts cussing up a storm about sh*t that you can't even understand what he is talking about. Call me a mean SOAB but go to a counsoler, or talk to family memmbers or talk to the peson you are having issuies with, they can help, and even though it might seem like it won't help it reallly really does.

    @creaky,

    Just how does the "Report offensive post" thingo work, is a PM or something forwarded to a mod and who actually gets the Report??

    the reports simply generate a post which go into a hidden forum, all mods get to see them hence why it's more efficient than PM's.
    let's just say it's a very active forum :p

    @Creaky...that's pretty cool, thanks! Out of curiosity, why couldn't I keep the address between the brackets?

    @tocool4u, personally I wasn't offended. It is true when it comes to this. As stated in my post to Dunker, this is a very weak area for me right now. Actually, it always has been. Hell, one time my psycho rants go me in much trouble because I put my arm through this girls car window over practically nothing. She's even told me I stalked her, which yes, maybe that's what you call it, but I was only very worried...both long stories and getting off topic.

    @Ireland...that was the problem, I tried three times to put it between the brackets and it would post outside the last bracket. Must be that system won't accept it if that stuff was there that creaky spoke of.
