There's still no rules in place regarding shoutbox profiles so we just assess things whenever there's a complaint; swearing isn't clamped down on nor are (mild) scanty pics; if pics are real porn then they get removed no questions as does any kind of racial talk. Oh and spammer scum plus idiocy. Different things offend different people; what i'm getting at is (without formal rules re shoutboxes) if we are expected to remove scanty pics then we will also have to start policing foul language too. So until we have formal rules for the profiles i would suggest we only worry about racial talk, spam, idiocy and porn

agreed but until admin does something about it then we mods only have 2 options at our disposal, tell the individual to do something about it or do a ban.

You know I don't make a fuss about scanty on profile pages, but I do draw the line at nudity as does just about every site on the net..,apart from xxx rated sites with an "over 18 or legal age" disclaimer.. facebook and myspace don't allow it.. whatever.. pm's are being prepared.. I can use my own methods to keep the nude pictures from the casual browser.. no worries.
