alright tho i would be a bit better if a customer had decided to back out from buying a new computer without telling me after i had ordered it for her. oh well the business live.
Hmmm, that's a pain. Sure you'll shift it anyway.. edit: or, an early birthday present to yourself? hehe
birthday is in a couple weeks but already have the parts to upgrade my system except for the motherboard that i had to use on a customer's pc. rma'ing his board as still under warranty but buying 2 boards of which 1 is to go into my desktop.
Oo, not quite the big 50 yet then ;-) what's the date? can't forget my favourite moderator's birthday *hides from creaky and loco*
..carrying massively heavy patio doors /guilty expression... without bending knees etc properly. Trouble is the pain didn't kick in for a couple of days. The pain's almost gone now.
Hope you get to feeling better there Creaky. Did you learn the proper way to lug that heavy stuff around? You're not 20 anymore.
It gets worse. At least you didn't get the dreaded sciatica!!That makes sitting or driving a car fun!
try landing on a hammer on your back on the edge of an embackment after failing out of a tree because the branch you are sitting on broke. that happened to me when i was a kid & couldn't run for a year.
Indeed. i did have a 4hr round trip to do while back was very bad, could only just about turn head left and right otherwise i couldn't have driven.
@creaky, did you get a diagnosis on your back? @garmoon, are you sure it is true sciatica and not piriformis syndrome? The symptoms are similar, but piriformis syndrome can be greatly alleviated by targeted stretches. Have you ever done the straight leg raise test?
Eva, are you in the medical profession? You seem to have a pretty handy knowledge of lots of things anatomical ^.^
That's cool. Although, I'm not one for the spiritual side of things that tends to come with the term "holistic".
