I don't believe it's cracked either.. and we still don't even know if that is the problem lol.. no real news.. just lots of roumers

 

Hello all. Long time lurker.

In ROI Dublin 8, NT* Cable area. As has been re-repeated all over the Sk* sports & movies went south on Monday. Just tonight at approx 10.30 all the others channels went blank, message showing No or bad Signal. So I'm completely channel-less. Does anybody know if this is due to the (suspected) Nag3 roll-out or if it could be a problem specific to the box I have, which is as the thread title says. KRYPTVIEW A750 Arnet. Have it a couple of months and this is the 1st problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers in advance.

 

could be a breakdown in your cable check it direct into your tv

 

just like to say that im a big fan of this site and have had many problems solved with the various boxes ive had over the years,, i held off on getting the kryptview for the obvious reason that n*hell was never going to spend a fortune and stop at n2 where every1 could just change boxes and be a square one again.. so anyone who wasted their money are a little bit silly and if they did a little research would see that n3 has been rolled out in the states a couple yrs ago and still has not been cracked,,, so its time we all faced it,, we had it good for so long,,,,,but its over

Brian1971. Personally I don't believe N&L have introduced N3. I will only believe it when I hear from a reliable source not these forums. These forums are populated with people & organisations with vested interests. I too have gained valuable information from afterdawn in the past but there is mainly mis-information published here. A wait & see approach is my opinion.

 

well.. someone alluded over on the Boards that Sky had em cut their N2 transmission of Sky premiums - or if they could do it themselves?! i guess cos they'd reached sky's deadline for having the cards rolled out in time for the N3 switch? i wouldn't know - but seems logical, right? been using the dodgy box variations long enough to know something is up.

 

only the other non-Sky channels suggest maybe not. but those are very few.. may be Sky run too?

Last March (or whenever it was) that the Eurovox boxes where hit. It was also reported on the boards that N3 had been introduced. Just previous to it happening N&L in ireland sent their customers a new card to insert into their boxes and this was quoted as proof of N3 being introduced. Yet the Kryptview worked since then to now, so therefore it wasn't N3. As far as I'm aware N&L did not send out new cards this time round. All I am saying is what appears on these boards are pure speculation and until a reliable source confirms the facts I'm sceptical.

They where running all 3 encryption at the same time, that is why when they switched N1 off, all the other boxes stopped working Kryptview all ready had the N2 ready, so as soon as they switched the N1 stream off the box would work straight away, but now they have also switched of the N2 stream, and there has not been a way to get the box to work until they put a N3 fix for it, then it will work again.

And believe it N3 is here and is working as you can see, as all the boxes are door stopper's at the present time.

 

you got me sceptical.. was thinking 70% nagra3 likelyhood, reversed now. but if this goes on for too many weeks i won't feel bad about the UPC 12 month binding contract i just committed to.. just i need the damn games, usual lads disease. these leagues tend to sorta pan out early u know .. at least you tracked back some to last time ;- memory retention in effect here, take note.

 

N3 at the present time is running on all movies, sports, disney channels, adult channels, and some foreign one.

The rest at the moment are running on N2 and N3 that is why you can still see the basic package, but when they switch the switch to N3 they will all be gone.

 

hey e45, thats a man in the pic,..i seen him running in the ladys race at european championships today,..so the fat lady has yet to sing ;-)
