kryptview a780 itv and channel 4

for the past 2/3 weeks syfy and itv 1 has gone of at 6pm Y ????

 

well itv1 is FTA so dont know why that has gone off but syfi i dont think has been on at all as far as i know

 

Mine still off and with 77%signal and 86% quality and a working c/w box up stairs.But still we have no answer for itv 1+1 or syfy channel?.

 

itv 1 or +1, same as all bbc are FTA nothing to do with krypt they are FTA channels syfy has not been enabled so you dont get it until they sort it,

you dont have to even flash the box to get them channels

 

Its just +1 the normal itv channels are fine thanks.

 

Well as i said all itv inc the + ones are down to your provider and they are FTA so you should have that as well not sure why you dont

 

hi all.just in from work. itv1/4/ and more scrambled. sig 82% Q86% s/w 03/01/2011.? do you think it is the new software. did not have this problem before

 

Disconnect LAN-cable from box, fac reset & scan using correct NET-ID
Reconnect LAN-cable to box when scan complete
Are ITV1/4 channs working OK on prov box

 

The + ones might have not been added yet to krypt box only a thought

 

Ive done that nowt worked still the same.

 

And also ive been through all channels to see what else is missing the list is as follows syfy, cbs realiaty, comedy central+1, universal channel+1, and mtv rocks.Just a note the syfy channel isnt on BUT the syfy+1 is?Anyway as you know the signal is 77% and the quality is 86% on all these channels.And i have a a780 and my cable box IS connected.Anyone else with the same probs.?Forgot too add im in stoke and its ex c/w.

 

Are all these channs active on prov box. If so & you have scanned using correct NET-ID & LAN
disconnected, then it would seem to be server issue. You can check in prov box menu to make
sure you are using correct NET-ID. I always like to see signal higher than quality. So maybe
check co-axial cables & connections to rectify that

 

mine works fine mate apart from itv plus 1. im in middlesbrough

 

i have exact same problem as you and the channels are ok on the sub box its a mystery something to do with our area?

 

no prob not added to the krypt side of things i would say

 

im looking at buying the A780 used to have the Eurovox 7000hd
iv also read about starview & drreambox what is the better box to get for sports/movies & PPV?

Some advice pls + im from the Aylesbury area in Buckinghamshire if that helps

 

you dont get any PPV at any point with the starview with the krypt you will get the major boxing on ppv all the movies sport etc

 

Not had itv1 or ch4 for a couple of months, just shows the scrambled no signal info. would like to find out why? just curiosity really not really bothered TBH Just switch to freeview if there is anything on them worth watching.At the end of the day most of us use these boxs for sports and movies mainly I suppose.

 

You could try using diff NET-ID close to your area & see will they clear
