    all pay channels gone any1 else have the same problem?(preston area) and does any1 know why vm have painted the green boxes on the street grey cause they only done that yesterday and from then on my channels have been on off on off now completely off

    got rid of my kv but a got a text of the person who bought it. channels down. just told him to sit tight they probably doing maintenance on it.

    dont know how true it is but somebody posted weeks ago that grey boxes where a sign that lines had been disconnected, i presume non sub lines. it could also be that they are repainting the boxes and the grey is an undercoat.

    yeah ive lost ss4 @ ssnews lots of glitching been told it could be someting to do with sly @HD channels but not sure what that has to do with anything.

    it was bad b4 the update
    always going off maybe 10/15 mins
    b4 a film finished

    since the update - it 3 times as bad

    ive had kv 2 yrs mate
    and a star view b4 that for 3 yrs
    re-boots dont fix kv for me
    yes cables are tight connection
    is good. still sucks
