its been going on for a couple of weeks now , theres no work been done in area, and today lost some more channels discovery and ssn
must be a local issue, cos all sport channels, asian channels are working on my box. i cancelled my basic package with vermin and gone with another provider, as they offer better price for the phone and broadband. vermin was very quick to cut off my tv service, but they did give me 30 days notice, plus their tv service was free as i had their telephone. they also want their box back lol.

You say a valid sub with your provider, you mean subscription? I only have broadband & phoneline. I did have a tv subcription about 6/7 year ago with a box(s), (at that time i had one connection junction downstairs and one up, and these are the both junctions am currently using) which lasted about 3 years then went over to sly, then aprox 3 year ago went on to these dodgy boxes. And when i did first connect up, i was told my old viiirgin cable would be 'live', which it obviously has. But only trouble i recently am having is after we were all up and running a while back after national breakdown. I was using an variable Atenuer, but that seemed not to make any differance as i was always ajusting it. Have updated channels, and the s/w update but no improvement. Maybe the box will fix itself will it in time, as this is only happening i guess in the last 2 or 3 weeks. Any other advice or what to do would be most helpful, Cheers.
Sorry got that wrong.Its just certain one's gone off all kids tv but not dis xd, sky sports2 and sky1 sky 2 etc etc weird and quite a few more.Weird?
i would like to know if we are stuck with this terrible service or is an update on way. you lose channels they come back but you cant watch them because of glitching and freezing constantly. soooooooo frustrating.
As much as I love KV and the work they do, this is becoming a joke now, I keep losing all the Kids channels and all my discovery channels have also gone! Will there ever be a fix for this? Cheers
all the asian channels have been ok so far, but i have noticed some of them have been on and off after midnight...not a good sign
these are the channels that this area has FACTUAL blighty nat geo wild history bio LIFESTYLE a big fat 0 ENTERTAINMENT sky living comedy central syfy cbs reality horror channel 5* fx sky living loves universal SPORTS we have all the sports except brit euro 1 atr and mutv but not everyone gets these for sport only, so not a lot of channels really.
i wonder what the kv team are waiting for? if they want people to pay subs then they shud get it off their chest and put us all out of our misery
Has everything gone off completely elsewhere? Had to rescan box and nothing, then turned its own volume right down. Only channels 1-4 and a few others including itv2+1
most channels on here in preston only missing a few but got movies sports music etc etc try turning ur router of at wall leave 20-30 secs and switch bk on works 4 me sometimes
