kv update

    Bit far for me to come and have a look lol. I haven't had a kv for about a year. Try factory reset and when you press scan hit the green button

    hi just tried that, again it comes up 1 to 10 already exists on network ID cant get any tp up to ok one

    factory default the box again remove the ethernet connection from the box and scan on just your virgin feed, are you sure your virgin tv feed is still active as you work on the rigs?

    probably scanning on wrong provider,have you tried another?

    Hi tried the other providers just the same was working was after I done sw update prob something simple I am missing lol

    if you do a factory reset 0000 to delete then power off at rear for a min ,then on scan on main strongest cable feed and lan removed,scan each provider and let it search through the net ids and what happens next does it go back to installation or what?

    Hi cactikid just got in done what you said 1to 10 already exists on all providors, it goes to screen with tv channels and raido channels goes through tp 1 to 11 signal strenth is 56 no channels come up message says complete exit

    hi tried what you said still 1to 10 already exists but no tp to ok on yes my feed is ok getting good signal on my box dont know if i have maybe changed something on my kv by mistake lol

    on box Date 16/08/2013 software version kryptview A780 pv4.2.03 H/W version v3.0.0 is this all correct
