letterbox movie does not fill letterbox frame

    I asked you for a screenshot and that's what you provided. I should have asked you for a frameshot instead which is what I provided. I used PgcEdit to get the shot of an actual frame. VobBlanker can do the same.
    I beleive there's nothing wrong with your movies. You just need to adjust your software's display settings.

    I agree! Have you ever heard of the ID-TEN-T error? Spelled another way is: ID10T........I really appreciate your efforts to assist me. Thank you.

    normoose for one thing roxio and nero don't play well togeather so get rid of roxio, there is a special tool to totaly remove roxio i think it is roxio zapper, also make sure that you have not changed the output setings for shrink

    Thank you for your input but I have realized and read where some DVDs can not be perfectly copied using AnyDVD. I would get rid of Nero before Roxio/Sonic because it does more with more features and tweaks. Thanx again for the support and valuable [to me] information.
