I told you already part of Asbourne is N*l mmds and other parts are exCh*rus cable analogue only.
Its your job to check where the signal is coming from at the house of your parents.

And I keep asking you the same question as you have not answered it.
There are 2 options in Ashbourne as you have said.
Can a box be used on either of these options?
I know you getting annoyed at my questions but I have asked you this 10 times at least.
2 options available to houses, can any box on the market work on these setups?
    Thank you.

It doesn't help what going on at the houses of the neighbours.
The question is whats going on at the house of your parents if you want to receive there anything.
I still guess there is only a simple terrestrial aerial installed and your parents are getting 4 to 8 channels depending if there is overspill from the north receivable.

Thanks for all your answers but I still am none the wiser and you seem to be missing the point of my question through a lack of comprehension of what I am asking. Is there any box on the market that will work on an analogue feed.
I will give up after this reply and give you a break lol.....

    ok MGB an update.
I rang Nt* or whatever they are called now myself.
I gave them the address and they told me that digital is avaiable via an aerial.
    Does this help?
Will the TX do the job or do I need a -c box.
    Thanks.

N*l mmds need a cable box.
Btw it makes no sense to mix up all receiving methods you don't get and ask if there is a box.

Sorry, the reason I did that was because there are 2 different people involved who live in different parts of the town.
As I tried to explain to you 1 seems to have aerial (which I now know is MMDS digital) and the other just has a cable feed (which I am still not sure about). I didnt intentionally try to confuse or annoy you , I was simply looking for 2 solutions to 2 different problems.
    Thanks.
