MMS with unlocked iPhone (T-Mobile)

I'm not sure what the problem is then... if your a 3g phone (black back) it should be good to go... My honest suggestion is to go to the main page find the 3.1.2 jailbreak released forum and download the ACTIVATED 3.1.2 jailbreak from guesswh0 (awesome person) and just use SHIFT+Restore feature on itunes (meaning hold shift and click restore) so you can restore to the latest jailbroken firmware and just re-unlock using ultrasn0w (cydia source repo666.ultrasn0w.com) and it should be all good that's what ive done on three phones so far. A sidenote if using internet explorer you will have to rename the ipsw from a zip file extention back to ipsw (dunno why windows is dumb sometimes)
