    Thanks. Did you order the M3 Simply Platinum Combo. Does the $120 price include 2 Micro SD cards? Their listed but that's an additional cost.

    it's additional. it gives you the choice of 2. so i says no thanks.

    So I placed an order for the m3 Simply Platinum combo. Mailed a money order via certified mail and delivery confirmation confirms they received it Monday 1/29. Still no update on their site as to having been paid and no tracking #. Sent numerous tickets with an itital response but not further response afterwards. No one answering at Phone # and no machine/voice mail. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

    Anyone have a suggestion on how quickly they reinplenish their stock of M3 simply's. I have one backordered but don't want to wait weeks for new ones to arrive.

    Just send them an e-mail. I had an R4 on backorder and sent them an email asking for an estimate and they replied back very quickly.

    I order the M3 Perfect Adapter Minisd from you and just to make sure I had the right order, I email you personally to make sure you had it in stock. Sure enough you don't have it in stock but it showed it in stock when I ordered.

    So Jarret, I email you and ask if you got the M3 Perfect Adapter Minisd.

    That was three days ago, I sent you several emails, and also emails to your response center and no response. I asked that you cancel my order if you didn't have it in stock, you flatly ignore my email after that. The package shipped to my house and what do you know.. It wasn't the item I order..

    I was an idiot to give you guys another chance and buy from you again. If you were helpful, you wouldn't have tried to avoid my email. You guys screwed up my order, why didn't you cancel it if you didn't have it in stock? Why shipped me out one of your overstocks? If you can't send me the right product, don't send me something totally different.... You guys sent me the M3 Adapter Perfect CF, I didn't pay $81.90 for this.. I don't want this and I will not tolerate this kind of business transaction. Its nice to know that you didn't response to my last message.. I am very angry at the moment. What will you do to fix this? Please give me your address so I can send this back please and I will have a shipping label tracking via USPS back to you. Refund my credit card within 48 hours or I will report fraud to them and you can deal with them directly. I will also contact the Better Business Bureaus and lodge a complaint if I don't hear from you soon.

    I've ordered flip tops and Swap Magic from Modchipstore.com several times using a credit card and have never had any problems.

    Guess you guys weren't so lucky. Also, they always used DHL when I ordered and I usually received it ahead of schedule.

    here why (sory for my english)

    They dont offer custommer support at all they are always offline
    no phone number to reach .

    maybe your gonna receive what you order ,maybe defective ,maybe not what you ask ,maybe nothing ...

    no order cancellation button (they say to send an email to cancel before 3pm) but they dont anwser email so no cancellation

    they lies to people i did many search on the internet about them
    many angry custommers , horror story like min (400$) after 24 email in 2 days

    Better buissness Bureau know them many case as been report to them

    i have to call my credit card comp to try to cancel the order
    they told me to return the package dont accept it but again many peolple did that and they simple return back again to you

    if any one have their phone number in dallas cause the 2 i found after almost a day on internet are not good

    i even contact some chip makers that as modchip offcial reseller
    and still no help

    so think about that and make a decission to do buisnness with them or not ...

    I ordered an R4DS from Modchipstore on the 26 of Feb. That was a Sunday night. Monday morning came and it was shipped. I used 2 day air. I got it Tuesday. So I got it actually in 1 day. Since it didn't ship till Monday due to I ordered it on Sunday.

    That probably is the best service I have ever got from any company I have ordered from.

    The only thing I was worried about was all the reviews I was reading about DHL and how crappy their service is. But they got it to me a day before it was supposed to be delivered so i am a happy costumer.

    im happy that you did receive your order

    but for me my problem is that i just want to cancel an order
    just 20min after order it after i find out that the jap psp model in the pre modded section is not pre-modded but in the section only
    but i try since 2 day to just cancel it not having to return it

    i send them an email before 3pm like they ask us to cause there is no cancel button

    again very HAPPY FOR YOU but i think that on my side the story will go......

    very dependable.
    I bought a M3 simply off them and it was deli9vered via DHL from Texas to Ireland in about 3 days.

    Go to through live support system online, I got a refund from them like a few days ago. First you need to tell them that you want to return the item, that you got the wrong item and they will give you a return address and you need to put the RMA number they give you on it. Once they receive the package, they will refund your money. Also I will never ever buy from them again. I just bought from Divineo and I got minisd m3 perfect, the exact item I order.

    Well; I've had two good experiences with them, and no bad ones.

    Both times, the parts arrived literally less than 48 hours after I placed the order. I've always received great items; and I plan to order from them again. Both my orders were recent, one in December(Merry Christmas to me!); and the other in January(Happy Birthday to me!)

    Even with Christmas rush; I had no problem getting my items in great time, and the products were very pleasing.

    Hey guys.. newbie to DS modding.. so i too purchased an R4 from modchipstore.com..

    I placed my order yesterday (Monday Morning) via PRIORITY OVERNIGHT AM SHIPPING because im leaving town for a long time today..

    The tracking states it wont ship until TOMORROW (Wednesday March 21)! WTF? I paid friggin $14.95 for shipping! If this was the case I woulda ordered from realhotstuff.com. They wont return any of my emails or tickets. Per their web page it states ALL ORDERS placed before 7:30est will be shipped same day..

    If my package does not arrive today, the BBB will be hearing from me as well..

    anyone else order overnight and not recieve their item next business day?

    the nerve of some people..
