just out of curiosity, have people with v3.00 firmware noticed that the freezing only happens on the same channels?

Are you trying to get people to use the v4.00 because you are on the W***** pay role as this was released today by that same people who released the v2.60 that killed all the other boxes so how many people will trust it

the v3.00 we have here works perfect so far on clones for some reason no freezing but it does freeze on real box and we are getting great reports off people using it and no dead boxes

hi all, still using 257, changed only the 02 codes last week all been fine with no freezing.

Thanks for that you do not get freezing with the v2.57 file only v3.00 on real boxes

 

I found the freezing happened on any channel (always at the punchline of the programme) freeked me out so i went back to 257 after all it only takes about 10 minutes to check this website consult the experts (ferg drew etc) and input codes voila your back viewing (i'm a chicken i'm waiting till these new files are well and truly tried and tested)

 

Still the same thought it might have changed by now

I do not know why people on here are Telling people not to use v4 firmware. It's got the stability of 257 and the new features of v3 like teletext working and better epg. I wouldn't reccomend it for clone boxes though. The moral of the story is Dont knock it till you've tried it.
