A silly question I guess, but if you've got the movie from Blockbuster why don't you just scan or photocopy the cover? If that's not an option and you've got the patience, go here http://www.dvdtown.com/coverart/sandlotthe/9235/ and for the back http://www.dvdtown.com/coverart/sandlotthe/9235/1/ You will have to play around a little with them to get it 100% right but if you are keen enough.........
