If they could do you really think that somebody would jeopardise their career by telling somebody that is under federal investigation about it?

By the way, maybe you should learn how to use proper words to construct meaningful sentences before you tell other people to do some research.

    Have fun in court.

    Really, you think?

@big deezzy you might want to be careful what you say on public forums.if your already in trouble for downloaded material that isnt 100% legal then going on a public forums bragging about being able to without getting caught is a perfect way to grab the attention of law enforcement agencies.

He's probably in the slam. :)

@BigDEEZZY (if you ever make it back here): If what you posted, in this thread, really happened to you (I have my doubts), then I would bet your attorney wouldn't appreciate you posting in these forums. DUH!

"the real bad guys shoot back"

No, the good guys shoot back...the bad guys start the shooting, and call it a "preemptive strike"

No the good guys shoot and the bad guys take the evidence and get out of their quick smart.then again there are a lot of dumb bad guys that will try and win a shoot out just to make a point.

If they were the good guys, they would not ambush people that are minding their own business. The police and military sometimes go after real criminals, but they spend most of their time arresting innocent, non-violent offenders. They do this in order to force people to use dangerous drugs like alcohol. By taking non-violent innocent people, they are kidnappers. Doing it with the goal of inspiring fear that will force people to change their peaceful ways makes them terrorists.

The terrorists are the bad guys...and most of them wear blue.

"Minding their own business"??? Their business is torturing young girls and detonating IED's in crowds of women and children from 500 metres away, they are cowards. So you are saying that it is wrong to ambush insurgents... what do you think they do? That is one of the most inaccurate posts I have seen. You have probably never been in the army, all your info is coming from civilian reporters that don't know shit. How about you spend a week in Afghanistan and see if you have the same views on terrorism.

I have got no idea what you mean by "the police and military sometimes go after real criminals". So insurgents aren't criminals? They are model citizens? Your post borderlines on Islamic extremism.

Its nothing to do with islamic extremists.hes just pointing out law enforcements acts just as bad as criminals and sometimes they do.As for the Army i know they need to defend the country but from what I've heard from people who have been in the army they take model citizens who want to improve their country and turn them in to cold blooded killers.

But the law enforcement agencies aren't doing this towards innocents are they? No, a majority of the time they act against criminals, people who have chosen their fate.

Well, I was in the Australian SAS for 5 years and I never knew anybody that was a 'cold blooded killer'. We may have had to kill people in cold-blood, especially soldiers in the sniper troops, but we did feel remorse. All the reports about Iraq and Afghanistan are coming from journalists that don't know shit from shinola. They think that a search on the internet can give them an insight into what the soldiers face, they don't have a clue.

I mean, even if the soldier is changed when they come back, that is not the armies fault. Anybody that goes to war will be changed, there is no way to prevent that.

I'm pretty sure insurgents would believe something similar too "The terrorists are the bad guys...and most of them wear blue". Anybody who thinks that the UN is as bad as the rag head scum that are killing our soldiers everyday has either got something seriously wrong with them and or haven't got a clue what they are talking about

Anyone that terrorises people is a terrorists whether they are law enforcement or if there an outlaw or an Islamic extremists.

your in their country running around with guns.they probably think their defending themselves or their country???

they act against people they think are criminals and I'm sure alot of them are innocent.the CIA has the power to detain anyone they think is a terrorist and torture them and deny them access to rights without any real proof.david hicks is a perfect example.police have the right to shoot or taser anyone that raises there voice to them.

xboxdvl2, cia can only do that outside of us territories & allied nations except with their cooperation.

True, but if you want to go by that definition then the President is a terrorist, every soldier is a terrorist... pretty much every one who has ever raised their voice at someone else is a terrorist.

No, a lot of the time insurgents do not directly fire upon soldiers, most times they are too scared. Instead they will use IED's to injure military and civilian personnel. And it's not always their country; East Timor and the Kopassus invasion for example.

David Hicks was captured by the Northern Alliance, not the CIA. He is a terrorist, he trained with al Qaeda and he fought with them.

Civilians have the right to shoot anybody that acts aggressively towards them also (in specific circumstances). So you are saying that the police should not be allowed to do this though the public are?
