New 750 / 780 Web Update Available

Just updated the software and my box and it did play for about 15mins and since then its just completely died! Ive just got the scrambled message on my screen. Help!

 

i think it might be a server issue m8, mine just gone off also, have been working, but gone off in last 15 mins...so it must be down to the work their doing.

 

yep down the last 10 mins possible work in progress

 

MY SSP2 is down and so is some various channels such as good food. the last time I had to do a factory reset and scan all the channels again to get it to work! Is there a reason for this?

ssp2 is on channel 512 virgin moving channels about when you do a rescan make sure you fully go back to default and then do scan or put the box on power search by putting on standby for 30/40 mins

 

Done a rescan, all channels down except FTA

 

i have no sy sports channels only disney xd and a nick jnr 2

 

mine come back been down all day, seriuosly thinking of getting a sat box??!!

 

whats going on only fta channels working tried factory default tried rebooting box aswell as router still no luck

 

I here the server is down now been worked on so they will be on and off for the moment

 

yeh mate they must be working on them had the footy on for about 10 min then went of again

 

Whats happened now? right in the middle of the Chelsea game I lost the picture, waited and waited, rescanned and still nothing only freeview. I have turned it off now and will wait till tomorrow.
I think who ever keeps saying satellite is the way is right, I only watch the sports and this does not seem like a server problem to me as there is no progress on available programming from what I read.I have had a good run but do not see the point in investing further time on a system that keeps failing.

yep sat is always a good option does not mean same cant happen that as well there is no guarantees you want a fully 100% working box get a full sup from sly or virgin

 

Guys. I'm gonna get a null modem cable tomorrow if i can to sort my Dads box. Can i still put the new firmware on if the server is down? Thanks

Or you can find it on Chatterbox Toolbar under files and fixes

 

You WONT find the April file anywhere on the net and this is the one you need to view the channels as it was never released this is a net download direct to the stb only
