    The software that is running here (such as Exact, beaufort ....) in this company, I have to make sure everything is fine with it, fix it if it doesn't, answer questions (helpdesk kind), solving probs, upgrade (or is it date) the software once in a while. More and more...

    Yep, that's mayby the reason I like it here at Afterdawn. Also answering question from ppl having probs.

    From what I read is that Computers and stuff interests you. Do you not have those things at school ? (you are good at it so..)

    i know more than my teachers do about computers but their are hundreds of them in the school, dont know why, wont learn about anything but microsoft word and stuff

    Word and Excel you can learn in about 1 or 2 days at the top.
    Mayby you can (when you finished school) study for Gamedeveloper or Webdesigner.
    That are things I would like to do, especially the first one.

    Seriously, you can learn the basics of those packages in that time but certainly not the advanced stuff, VBA, object models etc.

    Well I don't think I need training anyway!

    VCD, Game Developer?? Doubt it very much, Web Design i could do but theres not much left to do lol!

    I agree jrisch about excel advanced stuff (macro's, and stuff).
    I now work about 10 years with excel and can say I am an advanced user.

    Are you following the Iraqi war now ?
    I just read that 8 British B52's are underway probably towards the war area.
    The Iraqi's say they have shotdown an American or British plain. The Pentagon denies.

    BBC News 24 says chopper crashed, 8 Brits, 4 US, dead. Don't think it was fired on but not sure. 14 B52s apparently on their way but all US from UK base. Plus another US killed in action. 250 Iraqis POWs, unknown number deserted.

    Thoughts & prayers for dead & families.

    Iraqi TV broadcasts American POW's, I'd hate to be in their situation so my thoughts and prayers go with them too!

    Some captured American soldiers were just executed by the Hussein regime. It wasn't a pretty picture. It (the execution) was video-taped, but CNN said it was so brutal, that they refused to broadcast it. (Don't blame them). Some of them were shot point-blank in the head.

    All CNN would show was a single, black-&-white photograph.

    I hope this war ends soon. It sucks.

    Oh man that sucks!! desperate acts of a desperate army i think!! That will certainly anger a lot of american soldiers so I think a lot more iraqi soldiers face death!!

    Saw it last night... some American's that have been captured by Iraqi's were interviewed.

    Their situation sucks !! Yes, hope this will end soooooon !!!!

    BTW they found a Chemical and Biological plant near Najaf.
