Newbies: simple guide 'How to back up a movie'

alkohol, im trying to burn the movie IDLEWILD using DVDFAB and VobBlanker. I do everything you say to do with the input and the output, but when I get ready to blank the extra stuff on the movie, it only gives me one option on the PGC number and thats the movie itself! I tried blanking it, but it blanks the whole movie. I also tried just pressing process by itself instead of me choosing a PGC number and doing everything manually, and it blanks the whole movie except for 8 mins of it. I dont know what to do, if you could help me i'll appreciate it.
