bouquet leave current..
cable provider bruteforce all uk scanning/bruteforce
fast scan off
then start scan
if no joy what image are you using?
are the r*ms enabled ?

 

I am going to try that now and thankyou I will get back to you if not working and I am currently using the sportser image

 

Just looking at the cable provider now but it has no option cable provider bruteforce all uk scanning/bruteforce it only details cableUK sym6952 or cabelUK sym6887?

 

cable uk then if no luck try 6887 then 6952 remember fast scan off

 

just running scan on 6887 will keep you updated and by the way thanks for this no body else has been that helpfull

also sportster is a good image but why get that on your box when there are much newer 1s out there with updated drivers better fetures etc, move with the times and all that? any1 else agree ?

Agree with turner 100%, follow his advice and you wont go wrong,fixed mine after his reading his guides

 

with regards to what you said about the image you are probably right but like I say I have never done this before and had some problems in uploading the software from my laptop to the box it was what was given to me on the disk I got with the disk if you have something better and can tell me how to upload I would be most greatfull

i stuck a vid on youtube dbox2 image flash assistant have a look at how easy it is....im off out now for a good stint of my new mid life cricis i developed last friday ;-) have fun...also use bouquet editor in the service menu to arrange your channels how you like bouquets are folders were your channels go ie name 1 general entertainment and stick bb1 bb2 itv etc in there once you get the idea of it do the same with sport etc etc and so on...boring process but worth it in the end

I know what you mean I have had the box for 4 days with everyone giving me different advice and as soon as I speak to him it's done and working TOP LAD without a doubt..

 

my box was off for months and have read various threads over that time, then stumbled on two turners advice was up in 5 minutes or so.

yes u do, not trying to step in to turners shoe's which would be a mission, but if you do need any help that i've learnt on this site, then i'd be more than happy to help, the least i can do.
