Hey, just wondering if you guys really know who Lil_Poison is?

yea he gives halo 2 lessons to younger kids around his age. he is like 8 or 10 years old. i think he needs to find something better to do.

It's kinda sad really, he wont be living a "normal" life in terms of social attachments. Then again, being the worlds youngest professional gamer will bring him that I suppose. It's still not normal though in my opinion.

Being the lazy hypocrite that I am, I like Halo, but not for Xbox. At any rate, I have a few questions regarding Halo PC that I am too ridiculously bored to look for:

1) What happened to online play for Halo PC and Halo Custom Edition?

2) When is Halo 2 coming out on PC?

And I realize (now) that this thread is about Halo 2 on Xbox, but it would make sense to ask a bunch of Xbox and Halo fans for something like this.

As far as I am aware online gaming for Halo CE and Halo Customer Edition is still available.
Halo 2 has not yet been announced for the PC. It should however be coming out either late 2006 or early-mid 2007.

 

Wow, that's a ways away from now. Why couldn't they just release an Xbox version and a PC version at the same time?

Online play for me doesn't seem to be working anymore. I keep getting an error message when connecting to Gamespy servers saying something like, "The GameSpy master sever is not availiable. Try writting the site..." blah, blah, blah. Could it have happened since I stopped using UPnP on my computer? I'm trying to think of a reason. Thanks for writting back.

 

Having just tried Halo CE online it does not work for me either, I guess Gamespy have ended their support for Halo CE multiplayer.

 

Does anyone know if he beat legendary in a day without dying once?

 

Aww...that's not fair! I really liked playing that game. I'll have to try the original or something.

And I don't think anybody could beat Legendary without dying once. I mean, I was able to beat it, but it took me a very long time to do that. The Covenent and Flood are way to crazy hard to beat in one try. I guess someone could have beat it, but they probably played it several times before to find out what works and what doesn't.

Wow i have not been to this website for over 4 months. Anyways i might be back a little more.

I was reading the first page about the suicide thing...i played at my friends house last week and someone was doing this. I think if you commite suicied once automaticly it is a 15 second penalty. For every suicide after this add 15 seconds...so lets say on your 5 suicide it will take you 75 seconds to come back. Ya it will suck if you commite suicide a lot but they could change it for levels that it is easier to. Like lockout the added penalty would only be 5 seconds. If you killed 3-5 people in between each suicide it would take away the 15 second penalty.

I don't know how much you talked about this i read the first page only. Anybody think it is a good idea.

 

Yeah i just read wut you posted about the suicide thing. i think that would be cool cause by the time they respond ur team could get more kills and delevelers wont b as bad
