Didn't read other posts, but I think this could help you, AV Music Morpher.

It's only a DEMO (not trial, so you can use it as long as you'd like), I don't know if this will help, but when editing my friends music, I use this..

All-in-One Digital Music Studio for creative DJ and music remix. Ideal for changing voice, tempo, editing surround, stereo, treble, bass. More morphing tools available: frequency morpher, advance tune, cher modulation, equalizer, effect mixer. Support mp3, mp2, wma, wav, ape, ogg, nist, au, aif, irc. Built-in audio editor to copy, cut, paste segment of sample and mix multi tracks. Built-in converter, CD grabber, burner, CD cover & label editor.

This software does not allow me to define the timbre in voices *most important*, or the exact pitching.

[edit] i've found the type of software i'm looking for, though it doesn't work too great.. i might opt for just podcasting them rants the normal way.
Thanks go out to Auslander and Ronin the most, since their advices got me the most possible solutions.
