I wouldn't go so far as to say it's scratched... It's just that I made the mistake of trying to hurry to make a copy of this CD, and I burned it at 48x, with really bad media. Now it is chipping a little, and some of the data didn't burn right. But, like I said ealier, CDex works well for me, and until a final version of EAC comes out (which should be a little later this year), I'll keep using CDex.
