starview 4 the box super usb few channels have gone off how to fix

hi all ,, nag 3 has taken its toll in liverpool now so all channels are off .. does anybody know if there is a fix for starviev super box or is their another one i can get that will work ,,,,all advice welcome

 

NO fixes for any of the older box you will have to buy a new box

probably a stupid question but i have just recived my A780 and plugged it in turned it on and i get no lights come up on the display tried the swith at the back tried plugging into another socket and tried changing the fuse still nothing an ideas or is it fucked!!!!!

 

could be a lose connection on the board open the lid and check the connections if that dont work send it back to your supplier straight away

 

E45 your a star there was a connection not plugged in the lights turn on now gonna go try flash it hope it goes smoothly cheers mate.

tried to download the loader and bin file but both of them seem to be an application for a toolbar?????

 

got the bin file just arnt get the loader/STB editor! any ideas when i click you link it gives me downtool 0927? and tha opens up as a toolbar not the editor in the pictures?

 

Never mind found them and flshed the box on the computer the programe said succsesful so i take it that it worked carnt test the channels yet as the ethernet cable has not arrived yet will let you all know tomorrow when hopefully it arrives. thanx for all your help people.

Are you sure? as I am running firmware dated 09/09/2010. A780

Ok all files are uptodate now

but you dont have to update the files this way use the box now to update your file thru the installation screen on the box

yep, Kryptview A780 or Sv6 or Sv7, hey may as well stick in Sv8, prob be out next week!

Try wizard sat for Sv6 or Skywonder for either

No be aware the boxs only work in the UK, Ireland is a no no
