starview chanels gone

Fergusrb - without holding a "gun to your head" what's your take on it

 

well to be honest i think they will be ok as they are now starting to resend out the old pa** boxes to their customers again so what does that say ?

 

Its still a tough call to make. I have 50+ people waiting to get "new" boxes so don't want to start until I'm sure. Pure chance - 10 minutes ago new cards came in the post from UPC - they must be still very confident

 

sorry, but have official card but cant get my dreambox to read the card, will try anything at this stage going into cold turkey

 

get a kryptview and that will work for you no problem

 

there will be no other boxes fixed that im 90% sure have you the small pace box or the bigger one

 

has anyone got an idea the time span for n3 to be fully implemented
i got my new cards weeks ago

 

how do you think people are going to know the answer to that question its like saying how long is a piece of string

it could be months years or never that is the chance we all take

 

hey fergusrb im a newbie here but just lookin at your earlier replies so i presume it wont be long before the kryptview are defunct as well or am i safe in going out and getting one of these today will i get much use out of it

all i can say is we all take chances in life some good some bad what i can say they are working now for how long is anyone's guess as i have said before a week a month a year nobody knows

 

TV companies are out to stop us from getting anything for free
They blieve that everything should have a price
Even crappy tv channels
This is why hackers work hard to make things free

 

Hi could anyone fill me in on what N*L are doing i had them on the phone saying they are sending a guy out to fit all new boxes next week. but if you dont want to take them you,l only have rte ect, if you want the box after next week you have to pay €120. I was holding out to see what happens with the boxes as i have a starview. Also if anyone can tell me where i can get a kryptview i would be gratefull many thanks

as in u have nthell digital and they are gonna replace that box?
what if you use the anaogue service and sometime down the road if starview doesnt make a triumphant return have to bite the bullet, are u sayin they will expect me to pay 120 euro for a digi box???
if thats the case no wonder why starview took off they way it did!!!
