    hi all

TEZZER007, id asume you have both da eurovox and da dbox right? i agree da starview is a real pain. so do both da eurovox and dbox work in a similar fashion to that of da starview, u know updates, software being loaded up etc. minus all da problems? i remember u mentioned da dbox to me once, being da most reliable and what not. well that being said im seriously thinking about investing in one. could u recommend a website where i could purchase either a dbox or eurovox please. thanks

be carful when buying a dbox , make sure its a dbox 2
it must have the number 2 after it otherwise it will need a rom 11 card and manual key inputs evers week

dbox 2 are very good but are slightly harder to flash as you also need a cross over cable , saying that i have never needed to flash mine and its still going strong

    ,
to be honest i can get me starview working all the time as suport is good so it makes no diff to me

    hey guys,

updated the keys on my sv box yesterday (running v 2.58e_E) and got it working but cant find s sports 2 and s movies premiere just comes up as a black screen. also a couple of other s movie channels seem not to be there.

do I have to find them manually or what?

    any ideas?

    thanks in advance.

Do a manual scan with network scan enabled. this should find the missing channels.

if your missing channels go through them all til you find a group of channels like tv 25, tv 26 etc... your missing channels should be amongst them. since last week theres been problems with starviews renaming channels. so they are there but not with the correct names

    good luck

oh well, theres some clever people out there. they'll always find a way of gettin around these problems!! but even if they dont - is typing a key in once a week so bad?? I dont think some people realise what they are gettin FOR FREE!!
