Go to starview -> software to get the gtrom loader program and starview -> firmware to get the firmware file. Have you got a clone or genuine starview. If you have a clone you need STAR_VIEW_H20060816_257eE_api_FIXED.bin If you have a genuine get STARVIEW_H20070607_400eE_api.bin Go to the dooby2oon link at the end of my post, click on the clone link, and find out if you have a clone or genuine.
