nar am not m8 but just glad to be bk on new firmware

No new ones just not scrambled any more

Update also, flashed two boxes elsewhere which were showing scrambled and they
worked fine, then late last night both showed not connected and the same today.

I then tried the box here and it's working fine

dunno what to think, other than it being the modem their end.

But as mentioned, "no extra channels yet"

 

Leave it on sly sports 1 for a few minutes mines came on

 

Link for people wanting the new starview firmware its unzipped and ready to go direct to the usb stick just make sure that your usb is formatted to fat 32 and copy and paste the file on to the stick then

not that im aware of m8...gold, dave, sly 1 & 2, and cartoon networks still not working.

 

well igot sly 1,2,3,4 ,espn workin gold not on glasgow area

 

how new is this firmware? i think i might have it.

 

well you will know when your box goes off if you have or not lol thats the best test

What is the progress on the SV HD combi firmware?
Any sight of it as yet?

 

dont think anything has changed, the HD wont be getting new firmware so best wae new box or CS yer Combo

 

Will only work on Sat side for the moment "BUT" as soon as it requires an updated image that will be the end of that box as well sorry to say be dead just like the cable side of it

 

Hi all, I have a problem with my sv6.It has been working fine with new firmware until 2 days ago. Now have no chanels other than the normal bbc,itv etc.Have factory reset 3 or 4 times, scanned, 1819 all the norm as I did before but no sky chanels etc. Have checked all internet, works fine, computer picks up internet no problem. Does not pick up IP address on auto had to put it in manually. Took the box to mates house and connected the box up [ has same box ], his IP address came on automatically but still had no chanels on the box. Both houses the box says Not Connected. Anyboby shed any light on the problem, much appreciated.

 

set the ip back to AUTO again, then turn OFF both your SV6 & ROUTER (make sure you turn off the sv6 at the back by black switch). After 2 mins, turn ON ROUTER first, then after 30 seconds turn on your sv6.

had a similar problem at my friends, did this and worked.
