If the box is new did you update the firmware on the box

 

Yes, i have connected it. I have checked and tightened the cable connections.

the box is new and i have flashed it with the latest firmware carling 1.01

 

ok are you using a router or a your modem i suggest you use a router and leave the box on a scrambled channle for a bit

also did you do the 8989 for turning on the emulator

 

I am using a modem. Is there any difference if i connected it directly to modem rather than using a router? I have turn EMU on using that numbers.

 

yes connect via router only is the best way it dont like the modem for some reason so that could be the problem

 

yep best using a router and if still not working, check your broadband lan cable
as a lot were having trouble connecting there boxes, 50% got them working with a new cable
