    i still cant get it to work,,,how do i know what firmware to use...and on what...i have dvdxcopy,,,rescue,,,dvdclone2, and anydvd...and cant get the commentary off of eith movie..pursuit of happiness,,or arogon...got any suggestions...

    you can go to the mfg. website for your drive and get the latest firmware update....my drive was samsung ....download the file and follow the instructions.

    THIS DID NOT WORK AND I STILL CANT COPY IN PURSUIT OR AROGON..WITHOUT COMMENTARY...I DO HAVE ANY DVD AND CLONEDVE2. DVDXCOPY PLATINUM AND RESCUE...ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS...

    make sure you only have audio 3/6 selected in the audio settings...deselect 3/2..... in {clonedvd}

    I ONLY HAVE ONE AUDIO TO PICK,,,THERE ARNT ANY OTHER ONES AND IT IS ENGLISH DOLBY AC-3/2 AND I STILL GET THE COMMENTARY WITH THE VIDEO. ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS...HOW DO I DOWNLOAD RIPIT4ME, DO YOU KNOW...

    just download dvd decrypter and shrink from within the ripit control panel and fixvts...those are needed to use ripit.

    I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD IT FROM HERE AND I GOT : INTERNNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEB PAGE....FOR THE MAJOR GEEKS.COM SIGHT..AND THEN IT SAID THAT I NEED AN UP DATE FOR RIPIT4ME...AND THAT THERE WASNT ONE AVAILABLE...HELP...I AM AT A LOSS..
