Using Action Replay Codes on your R4/M3 Simply

well I switched my firmware from R4 to M3 DS Simply with a menu.dat hack so im happy. I have an overall increased performance in all my games and they all look cleaner and sharper.

 

thats wierd !!!!

it worked for another r4 perfectly buy unfurtunetly that other r4 wasn't mine !!!

my r4 doesn't seem to work , or atleast work properly !
when i put the pokemon diamond cheat file it works but the cheats are in japanese and im sure i got the cheats from the US link !!

and the thats only for pokemon diamond the rest games just doesn't work !!

please help !

 

I can't get it work on my R4.... It keeps saying that it does "not support ext.DAT".. Help?

 

I'm just a mom trying to get this to work for my 8 year old son. I copied all the cheats to "Custom Codelist" but when I go to the code manager folder there is no xml file. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

 

when i use ar codes on animal crossing: ww it freezes up and has 2 white screens(top and bottom) but my friend has an Edge and his Animal crossing cheats work fine. is it something i'm doing wrong or is it that the R4DS isn't compatible???

your not doing anything wrong its your R4/M3 DS thats failing on you. I have come to a great solution... buy an edge card or cyclo DS because they are the new generatio of the m3 ds simply and r4.

my ar is bricked and my code maneger wont recognize it cuase i cant work it in my ds. i found a code that will unbrick it if i can put it on, is thier any way to put it on without using code maneger or typing it in on the ar menu?

For the cheats part, you can get the updated ones from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/. Just click on the XML file and you should be able to get it.

I'm using an R4, so I won't be able to help you with the rest.

"do yo want to rn or save this file" then when i click rn it comes p with exacly the same thing!!!

Can someone help me? what folder do i put the Firmware in? and do i replace the other files with it? because i replaced all the files and my R4 broke. so i had to put old software on it again. please help
